“Founded in 1960 by our visionary grandfather, Late Mr. Kulathaniyil Meerasahib, Vellatharayil Group pioneered the rubberwood industry in Chittar, Pathanamthitta. Through his unwavering dedication and perseverance, the company expanded its portfolio to include plywood, red bricks, cement bricks, and coconut oil. Following his legacy, his children and grandchildren have continued to drive growth, diversifying into these complementary sectors throughout Southern Kerala. Embracing sustainability, Vellatharayil Group has now ventured into eco-friendly manufacturing, producing bio-covers and paper bags to promote environmental responsibility.
